• Ongoing maintenance and repair (for rental customers)

Rental Terms

Rental Agreement

All equipment rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that specifies the equipment being rented, monthly rate, payment terms, and other conditions. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace your rental agreement.

Payment

Rental payments are due on a monthly basis. Accepted payment methods and specific due dates are outlined in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.

Equipment Care

Rented equipment remains the property of Houston Hospital Beds For Home. You agree to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
• Not modify, alter, or attempt to repair the equipment yourself
• Keep the equipment in a safe, clean environment
• Report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern promptly
• Allow our technicians reasonable access for maintenance and service

Equipment Return

At the end of the rental period, we will schedule a convenient time to pick up the equipment at no charge. You agree to make the equipment accessible for pickup and to return it in reasonable condition, accounting for normal wear and use.

Delivery and Setup

We provide professional delivery and setup as part of our service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on equipment availability and scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate same-day and next-day delivery requests.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate space, electrical access, and clear pathways for equipment delivery as outlined during scheduling.

Limitation of Liability

Houston Hospital Beds For Home provides durable medical equipment for home use. While we ensure all equipment is properly maintained and tested, we are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houston Hospital Beds For Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our equipment or services.
